How long in in a row daily did you take them for? Dependency only happens if you take a benzo every day for a long enough time, usually weeks-months in the beginning.

I used them at therapeutic levels for years at that time, I took at least the recommended amount, .25-0.5 mg a day. But I very often binged on them or went through them early and bought more at school. I was a teen at this time, so I may just not remember or have attributed the sickness to something else at the time, but it seems really awful and I guess I think I'd remember something that bad.
