Alpha blockers?

Hello, I love psychoactives but I am very susceptible to effects such as vasoconstriction and other hypertension effects.

I believe Alpha blockers are the fix, but I have no idea how to get them.

Is there anywhere online than I can acquire one of these without a prescription?

I would greatly appreciate the help.
