Hi. So I've been tapering down for about 4 months. I ate 750mg a day and at the moment I'm at 25mg a day, I'll stop completely on thursday. When I was at 100mg I started taking off 25mg each week.
I've searched for the answer I'm looking for but I didn't find it. My question, how long should it take for me to feel recovered once I'm down at 0mg a day?
My doctor says 12 hours but I highly disagree, as he even claimed that Lyrica was a peace a cake to come off if not noticeable at all..
Also, I find these last days extremely tough, I'm carefully mixing with either Valium or Etizolam a few times a week and it works quite well. But now I can't stand a day without taking any benzo 'cause the Lyrica WD is just too hard, and I DO NOT want to get psychically addicted to benzos.
Would taking Phenibut 2 maybe 3 times a week the last days of my Lyrica withdrawal be a good idea? I'm not sure if that would delay or mess up my tapering since the two substances are so much the same. "Hair of the dog" type effect, keep drinking to cure hangover. I can't find any info on this subject.
Any help is much appreciated.
