Allergy Test

I have a question, I saw many bluelighters make an allergy test before taking new rcs. I have no idea, how you make it guys. But can someone explain me how ?
And if I feel some hypersensitivity, which is the best method to kill it ? I mean, I suffer hypersensitivity from AlMg3 and I'm taking cetirizine hcl (20mg, oral, second gen anti-histamine) if I feel something bad. So, cetirizine / levocetirizin can keep me safe ?
