When you have a new compound and perform an allergy test via oral ROA, what is the amount of time you allow before concluding the compound is either accepted/not accepted by your body?

What other ways do you test for allergic reaction? I consider the ROA to be used with the particular compound the way to perform test.

I would say 3 hours. Due to the fact that the DOx compounds take a while to kick in, and Bromo-DragonFLY takes at least 2 before anything noticeable in most cases.
Whats the compound? That would help determine a better time frame.

Due to differences in metabolism, drugs that take even longer to fully come on than the DOx compounds (since we're not just testing for psychedelics - mix ups happen!), individual reactions and also side effects that occur later on during the drugs effects or after they wear off - I would say a minimum of 24 hours, one full day, should be waited since consuming the allergy test dose.

If after that time no adverse effects are noticed you can start by consuming a small dose and then work your way up :)

I agree, a day would be safer than only 3 hours, even in most cases 3 hours are enough to feel something at least.
Sometimes strange things happen, like last time i took 2C-D i was expecting it to come up in 1 hour or less, while after 2:30 hours i was still sober cursing the supplier, but after that it came up fast,at the 3rd hour i was really happy on a strong +3 trip :) Thanks god i didn't go to the pub thinking it was safe.
