So I just 500 milligrams of 4-aco-dmt in and decided its best to do an allergy test. i've read that you just take 1 milligram of the substance. I want to do this before I trip, and I was wondering if the 1mg would cause me to trip in any way? I wouldnt mind if it happened but id rather know in advanced so i dont have it sneak up on me. Also should i wait a week after taking it or would 1mg not raise my tolerance at all? Also instead of using an empty gel cap can I just lick it up and follow it up with water? Would that render the test useless since it inst equal to 100ml? Any help would be appreciated.
