All YOU TUBE links blacked out ?

fuck, must be my pc. Its fucked. Its like that saying about 'a watched kettle never boils'. This pc only successfully starts up if i leave the room. Honestly, i know its completely irrational, illogical and insane, but if i sit and watch it try to load, it wont do it, up to 15 attempts all fail. The moment i restart it and leave the room it successfully loads to the password logon screen. I ought to backup all my files before it dies alltogether. Why am i typing about it, and not doing it. :? I'll make a start now.

Look I think the posting of embedded video links brutally disrupts the convesations that are being held in a lot of threads, in places like The Gibberings thread or most drug specific threads, the embedding function should be disabled.

I honestly have a feeling that some users use the posting of videos as a way to disrupt conversations they are too intellectually inferior to be able to join.

Therefore they relentlessy spam with videos instead of contributing to what others are debating/discussing.

Youtube videos should be allowed in the music thread, the specific music grenre threads, the movie thread and the documentary one.

In all other threads the function should be disabled.
 
Its just annoying when there's too many on one page, as it causes total freeze up. Mine are all blacked out now anyway, fuck knows how to re-enable whatever has gone wrong there. It seems some people would prefer to have this blacked out setting that ive inadvertently acquired. If i ever figure out how to switch it on and off I'll let yous all know.
