I've heard many drugs referred to using almost every female name under the sun; MDMA has probably had the most, in just one phonecall it was "Mollie", "Mandy", "Emma".

"Done" (pronounced doun or doghne; like "dome" with an 'n' instead of 'm') for Methadone.
"Gear" has been used to talk about everything from "weed"; "grass", "green", "bud", to amphetamines, ecstasy, morphine, diacetylmorphine and methadone.
I liked the idea of "Meow-Meow" but it sounded silly and a bit ridiculous; but I get it, cathinone -> "Cat" phoneme -> Kitties make a "Miaow" sound; hence "meowmeow".

As a linguist and member of the Literati (possibly Illiterati?), I like to see how words evolve and change over time, and it's interesting to follow drug slang terms: "Sid" (or 'Cid) for LSD-25, and so-on.

 

In the south we call heroin boy Which my California friend who I now live with in cali tells me NOBODY else anywhere calls it that but anyways yeah to me H is and always will b boy.

Weird, Ive lived here my whole life and dope has always been dope. Never heard BrownTown..just brown yes, but not brown+town. Honestly I dont like it, and Id prob ask people to keep the town part off.

Ahh, I heard IV meth users are sometimes called "gakkers" but I'd never heard that as a name 4 it.
