no insignifigance
heart states shatter
when the soul feels indifference

truth stays firm
but feelings do bend
a person must come to term
if the tide's ever to end

misplaced steps
won't tell you the story
righteous stumbles kept
for all their glory

in my mind's eye
perfection never leaves
no need to question why
