Be kind to yourself above all,
Take a breath before anything,
Always be polite no matter what,
It ain’t a big a deal as it seems,
There is a way through,
You will feel better eventually.

I love myself, and I am sorry to myself for the way I feel, I will take myself seriously but remember above.

What I have to say matters, and I can always deliberate.

There is no rush or need to panic,
Things will be okay.

I say this to give myself a chance at peace, I will be honest as I can and remember my actions need not escalate to others.

I will give myself the opportunity to hope.
