When I first started abusing any over the counter drugs I'd CWE codeine and I loved it. Getting up to doing a CWE on 64, 8mg tablets. Then I discovered dihydrocodeine and liked it more, getting up to about 48 and using 1 or 2 times a week for a fairly long time.
In any case, once I moved out from my house into my university house, I was able to order tramadol online without worrying about nosey parents.
I'll order 90, which I'll get through in about 2 weeks, endure a week without, then order another 90. Then go 3-5 months without due to the cost.
During those times if I feel I need something, I'll buy nurofen plus and just take as is (yes I know that's ridiculous but I was never sure if you could CWE ibuprofen and I never worried TOO much as I figured ibuprofen has lower toxicity, and arthritis patients are allowed 3,200mg so it can't be THAT bad) at most taking 16 in a day.
Anyway, after using tramadol, and returning to codeine or CWE dihydrocodeine about 50% of the time I'll just get dyshphoric, or when I do get a buzz, I'll get dysphoric at the end or have horrific nightmares and false awakenings.
Today was my first tramadol free day after my 2nd binge, and so I popped 10 N+ to cope with the stuffy nose, nausea and diarrhoea. All it's done is make me feel miserable. I started fixating on some bad news I'd gotten recently, and everything else stressful in my life such as university and where I'm going (I'm in my 3rd year).
Has anyone else experienced this, by some chance is it the ibuprofen adding to this effect (although even CWE dihydrocodeine causes me some misery)?
Am I immune to codeine now because of tramadol?
I'm also taking St John's Wort daily, if that has any effect.
