Note the bit about bleeding from the urethra. Oww. Basically, don't be a moron about it and listen to your body. The best/safest method I've heard of doing this is in a hot bath, start slow with little pressure and build your way up to a point where you feel comfortable with it. Don't start doing it after you've got an erection, and if it hurts or feels numb or tingly, this is a bad thing. It's not gonna add inches to your cock, but it does work to generally make it swell more than it normally would...

GP, if you plan to keep doing it, how about measuring the width and length now and then again periodically, and reporting back as to any increase? Then we will have some solid (so to speak) numbers to add to the discussion. :)
 
worrying about having a " Small " penis is going to make your situation twice as bad. Dont be embarassed or coy about sex. Whip it out loud & proud like it belongs on a donkey. I know he didn't do it for a year or years. Probably a month or a few?
 
Assuming you're not a troll, the easiest way to go about this is to go the a pharmacy and buy Chlorpheniramine (a very widely used anti-histamine with considerable SSRI action). I have found it delays orgasm. I'd suggest taking double the dose recommended for allergy relief, but definitely not more.

Short of that, talk to your doctor, you might get a prescription to a proper SSRI.
