I looked into the mirror -
And the mirror said to me,
"Just swallow the little pill -
If you want to be free."
"Jump down the rabbit hole -
If you want to get away,
From the glaring light -
As sun warms the day."
"Do you want to feel pretty -
And smile like all is fine?
Have men falling at your feet,
And begging for your time?"
"The tingle of the softest brush,
As someone touches your skin.
You laugh, you smile, your cheeks will blush.
Now let the fun begin!"
So I swallowed the pill -
Without a second thought.
And I began to think happily,
Of the pleasure I had bought.
And I became beautiful -
All the world was fine.
The mirror had told the truth -
Men wanted to be mine.
But as the pleasure faded,
I went to the mirror again.
And how it laughed and mocked me -
Saying, "Now let the CRASH begin!"
Then I was no longer beautiful.
I was pale with makeup smeared.
So I screamed and cried at the mirror,
"What's happening?!" thru the tears.
But the mirror kept on laughing.
And my face turned hard as stone.
So I thrust my forehead forward -
And gave it a crash of its own.
******As my world fell into sparkling stars all around me, I smiled.******

Bluelighters,
I had to learn that E couldn't give me what I was missing in my life. It is there for my fun but not as an emotional supplement. Thanks for taking the time again.
Luv,
Caress
