Benzos Alcohol withdrawal and Ativan

I try to keep my mind from wondering. war, people freezing to death in cars and being plowed into snow banks. My shit isnt that bad.
I don’t think I have to worry about serious side effects of benzo withdrawal, at least, I hope not, but I am ready for some discomfort.
never had DT’s or seizures from alcohol withdrawal, just rebound anxiety, insomnia and weird ass dreams.

I do have a couple benzos left, I can use if need be .

what am I in 4 with my benzo usage listed above ?

You said you have hallucinations. That's the beginnings of DT's. When you come off those binges. You need to go to a doctor or a hospital. Cuz if you stop taking the benzos and you have benzo withdrawal heaped on top of alcohol withdrawal you could die easily.

I'm 51 years old and I drank for 26 years of that, heavily. Now I'm down to three drinks. Easy to control.

I'm not going to lie in the past couple years I've been in and out of the hospital for alcohol, I went through a bad divorce and just didn't give a f***. The only reason I'm alive is Valium, Librium and Ativan.

And for the record, I'm not on any benzos.
