I just came home after a night of speeding and drinking, and cant sleep at all, jittery and all that...
I stopped drinking about 4 hours ago - when will it be safe to start popping those lovely Xanax? Alcohol and Xanax is a potentially lethal combo, so I want to be careful...Anyone care to share their knowledge???
 
If I where you....I'd go ahead and take 2mg xanax. No need to wait any longer.... there was no need to wait in the first place.
 
My mate stupidly took 6mgs of Xanax mixed into 4 shots of Absinthe last night.
But for some reason he didn't feel any effects for almost four hours.
 
This combination is not necessarily DEADLY. I don’t think we should demonize it. I just think it is wise to not take (or suggest someone take) a hand full (not literally) of Benzo’s and booze if you are inexperienced with the medication. It can be, and is done a hell of a lot. Just taking the recommended dosage effects certain people very heavily. This can be dangerous if you are drunk and pass out. It can be dangerous if you take opiates and pass out. It can be dangerous if you are female and someone wants to take advantage of you and you pass out.
