my girl friend is having the following problems:
1. lack of sleeping inducement, takes 2-3 hours to sleep.
2. even is she sleeps, it's not deep or it is highly semiconscious type. disturbed too.
3. mind is not calm; it is stressed and focus less, While sleeping.
this is what she needs now:
1. sleep should get induced within 30 mins of hitting the bed.
2. it should be deep; to the extent that even if someone kicks her hard, she should not wake up. even if it is for 10+ hours and hangover for 4-6 hours, the next day, it's ok.
3. she should not realise what's happening outside.
4. mind should be feeling light and calm.
the following are the choices we have.
1. she takes alcohol (vodka specifically, others also at times)
2. available medicines in the nearby pharmacy include flurazapem and zolpidem. I can try for other medicines, if suggested by the forum members.
3. no other stuff, basically a combination of alcohol and available medicines.
4. she has not taken any pills so far for sleeping / pleasure.
please give practical choices, opinion and suggestion for me to try this week end. I cant see her suffer. additionally details she is about 5 foot 6 inches, weighing about 75 kgs and has thyroid. she current takes thyronorm tab every morning empty stomach.
please help. thanks. please be as much detailed as possible, including quantity of alcohol, dosage of medicine etc. thanks in advance.
