I think that it takes 5 oz. of champagne/wine (assuming that neither is fortified, like M/D or Night train) to equal 1 beer or 1 shot 80 proof liquor.

mmm. sex on the beach reminds me of Cancun... I mean the drink, of course.
3/4 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. peach schnapps
3oz pineapple juice
3oz cranberry juice
sometimes I've seen them mixed with other melon liquors instead of the peach schnapps. They're all good. But after one of those I'm ready for a beer.
