I'm new to blue light but have read hundreds of posts , but everything I read seems a bit ambiguous in regards to my personal questions and experiences. I have been a heavy drinker for years. I have 6 shots ,10mg OC and another 10 shots daily. I understand the dangers of mixing opiates and alcohol, but have never had any complications other than sleeping for 14 hours. I hate most stimulants and am very careful when dosing other drugs. I used to get panic attacks and now self medicate with alcohol. That being said, I have always been very interested in drugs but can't seem to do any without extreme anxiety including opiates unless I am half way drunk. Some drugs that I have done whilst drunk include mdma, opiates, benzos, amphetamines, and dmt.
My question is, what drugs can be mixed with alcohol, preferably opiates or psychs that are either safer or more enjoyable than others. I've been quite interested in mescaline. Also, is my habit very dangerous? I eat extremely healthy, exercise often, go to school and have a job if any of that matters at all.
Please do not worry about providing possible volatile information, I am very careful when dosing, whether I'm tipsy or hammered.
Thanks

16 shots a day is a lot of alcohol. In the long term your habit is certainly dangerous. More than 100mL of alcohol per day (about 5 shots of 40% alcohol) sustained over a decade or more is associated with large increases in the likelihood of developing liver cirrhosis (search alcoholic liver disease for more information). You are drinking over 3 times that much. Alcohol in excess is also associated with increased levels of blood triglycerides, a major risk factor for heart disease. Finally, alcohol is known to increase cancer risk. Your drinking won't kill you tomorrow, but it very well might in five or ten years. You should consider psychotherapy or a safer drug solution for your anxiety issues.

Combining benzos with the quantity of alcohol you are taking is extremely dangerous. Alcohol and benzos both derive much of their effects from action on the GABA receptors. Combining the two is known to lead to blackouts and very dangerous behavior.

As far as I know, mescaline should have no specific risk factor when taken with alcohol. LSD likewise should be relatively safe. I would stay away from psychedelic amphetamines and nbome compounds since they are not as well understood, so there are more likely to be unexpected reactions. I have no interest in opiates, so I can't help you there.

i don't like alcohol, so take it for what it's worth
the only alcohol i can drink is vodka, red wine, and jager.
but alcohol + cannabis i've had success with.
and i had a few shots of jager with some MDMA once and had a good time, probably more to do with the MDMA tho.
