Opioids alcohol- dose it make methadone come out your system quicker?

My pal is on methadone (70mg per day) he drinks strong larger (5-6- 9% ones) 2-4 days a week an says over time hes found that hes getting w/d from methadone in under 24 hours from last dose, like after 18-20 hours, i tell him its all in his head but now not so sure ? dose booze really push the meth out quicker?

He's not going through withdrawl.
Hes experiencing the side effects of drinking while on methadone.
Which is very very dangerous btw

1. slows down breathing(makes it harder and harder to breath)
2. chest pain, lots of chest pain
3. Hallucinations/ confusion.
4.Dizziness/ vertigo
5.Cardiac issues ( heart beats faster and faster)
6. death. (mixing methadone with alcohol, leads to death in many cases)

so...he should stop what hes doing..
and go see a doctor asap!

still, he shouldnt drink that much while hes takin methadone
cause all of those things still apply
