Alcohol is rarely ever mentioned on here, and im sure almost everyone drinks on bluelight ;)

Does anyone know any ways to beat the hang over you sumtimes get after a night of drinking?

I find that if i take sum multivitamins before I drink, and then more when i wake up the next morning my hang over is either nonexistent or to a minimum...

Of course everyone has heard that drinking lots of water, and eating bread is supposed to help out, but i think thats just a myth and has never worked for me.

Whats your imput on the subject?

Yeah, a few Motrin and a big fat line.;)

Underage drinking is NO escuse!:| I'm 20 and have been drinking every night for over a year, if you''re going to be a true alcoholic you have got to be resourceful. I found my resource and got engaged with her. 8)

Perfect cure for a hangover? Become an alcoholic, drink every night, build a tolerance, and you'll find that waking up ain't as bad as it used to be. Or you can go the easy route and get some benzodiazepines. Multi-vitamin/minerals help.

Don't drink and drive, you might spill your beer!

did anyone ever find any info on the the post above that says part of a hangover is from withdrawl? i'm just curious where they found that info?

pedyaltye (sp?) and SmartWater both have extra electrolyte goodness to help you rehydrate.

also. i dunno how easy it is to come by a sterile saline drip. but they work wonders.

Being hungover is the same as dying of thurst, you're body has no water and it's replaced by alcohol...

hangovers are not caused by withdrawl. take my word for it - to get withdrawl symptoms from alcohol you really have to try. and take this word, too - you don't want to try.

usually you will only see withdrawl symptoms from long term alcoholics. i might be going out on a bit of a limb here, but if someone told me they were experiencing alcohol withdrawl after a week i would think they were actually malnourished and/or suffering from lack of sleep.

Personally I find drinking water right before I go to sleep helps the most. Also drinking plenty of water the next day seems to help too.

%)

I rarely drinks so I end up with a hangover every time pretty much. The best cure is to reach for is a joint and a nap till the afternoon.
