well its my turn to get sober
i usually have extensive knowledge about benzos and other pharmaceuticals but alcohol is beyond my area of expertise
my current situation
4 to 5 beers 5% nightly around 7pm to 10 pm
a year worth of drinking first half of the year i was around 2 to 3 beers a night
currently 4 to 5 beers a night
with like 3 weeks sober within this yr after i checked myself in into detox but a serious issue happen so i relapsed
within 24 hrs i get bad anxiety no other signs of anything no shaking, no sweats nothing
i asked my doc once when i was around 2 to 3 beers a night and she said there was a chance to exp some very low WD like anxiety nothing to crazy if i CT
i dont want to ask again now at 4 to 5 beers
long story short im ready to get sober i hate relying on alcohol to fall asleep and truthfully thats why i drink and the other reason i continue to drink is because of all the scary shit ive read online about going ct yeah i know worst thing i couldve done
currently have 30x of 10mg diazepam and 30x of .5mg ativan
a multi vitamin
any suggestions on the best route to battle wd if i exp any?
going to detox in no longer an option
or any tips i could use?
i already tried to taper off but anyone who is a serious boozer you know tapering off isnt an option
i attempted it more than a few times i can get only so far before i give in
or better yet what should i look out for? any signs or symptoms ?
