Opioids Alcohol and Hydromorphone

I took a 4mg pill of hydromorphone but I had a glass of wine 3 or 4 hours ago. Is this really dangerous? Should I treat this as an emergency or should I be ok?
 
This a really vague question, we don't know if you have a tolerance, and what was your route of administration? I assuming you just ate it. Anyway, a glass of wine 3 or 4 hours ago should be almost or entirely out of your system, for a normal size glass of wine. I am assuming that you are an not an experienced user. I think you should be fine.
 
Yeah, sorry that was a vague post. I ingested the 4mg orally. I was using 4-8mg a day about a month ago for a period of a week to 10 days for pain relief after an injury, so at this point I assume I have very little tolerance. It was probably a 4-5 ounce glass of wine.
 
It probably won't do much harm, but just be careful, watch for any OD symptoms. If nothing bad has happened so far though, it's unlikely much will happen now. Just be careful when mixing the two in future.
