Opioids Alcohol and acet in Lortabs?

Hello all! First post!

Any-who, I was wondering if a (1)beer I had earlier today interact any with the acetaminophen included in the 3 10mg Lortabs I'm taking tonight. I don't want my liver to explode or anything.

Hey man, first of all, welcome to Bluelight!

This question is better suited for Basic Drug Discussion but it's all good. One beer and that acetaminophen (APAP) in three Lortabs shouldn't cause any liver problems, as long as you're not consuming that amount of APAP on a daily basis, or drinking lots of alcohol on a daily basis.

If you plan on consuming any more Lortabs, I would recommend doing a Cold Water Extraction to remove the APAP from the formulation.

I was just worried b/c i heard acet+alcohol= death being the face of course.

Not a problem. CWE is great is you're using a lot of pills, but three shouldn't be a problem, as long as you're not doing it all the time.
