Alcohol alternatives?

Yea Dxm feels kinda like alcohol..
at about 200 mg your first time. you get the drunk feeling and everything
and you also get no hangover or anything...
It's cheaper then alcohol and easy to get from the store.. that would be my pick..
just dont take it everyday..
i disagree with the people that says dxm isn't addicting..

I agree!! I get quite euphoric from pregabalin... it almost has an MDMA like feel to it..for me anyways.

This disappears. It won't get you that feeling for long. It will just be a mellow chill and not euphoric, but it will still brighten your mood.

Never the less, it is a good permanent drug for any kind of anxiety.
 
may go get some dxm to try today, a 150ml bottle of it here in the uk contains just over 200mg, that shouldnt give too many unpleasent side effects right?

its only other ingredidents are things like sorbitol.
 
Why are people suggesting DXM, I have tried this once and went out, did not speak much at all and was very content to do nothing and take nothing in, a very non-social drug.
I imagine it would be a great drug if you were on house arrest or incarcerated though but not going out.

Perhaps others have had different experiences?

yea on low doses. i talk more, and just love being around people..
but on high doses, its not much of a party drug, but still pretty awesome
to robo trip with a group of friends.

It just affects everyone different tho..
 
Even though it's primarily an anxiolytic, diazepam (Valium) has good hypnotic properties and is a great muscle relaxant, and sedative. I think this is a good alternative.

The only drug that makes me feel drunk is KETAMINE!!
I don't know if you can socialize too well on it though, make sure you don't cross that line and fall into a k-hole. Snort a decent line and don't get too crazy after that.

Kratom doesn't really make me socialize too much in my experience. I do want to give kava kava a try, I read some good stuff about it.

This is an old thread, a spammer (post now removed) bumped it. To be honest I'm not sure if this thread would even make our current guidelines. Anyway, I'm gonna close it so more people don't see it on the front page and assume it's new.
