Well I drink, because when im drunk I dont "notice" it as much, im to busy being drunk. But ive quit drinking and soo on.. im only taking valium from now which actually HELPS me carm down the visuals, however it does have adverse effects on me, I get slightly more aggressive, and as soon as I come off it, I feel like a depressive manic.

Its pretty embarrassing to TELL your psychiatrist what you think you have.. its like "yea, im the one with the degree, dont tell me how to do my job".
But anyway, I dont care w.e Ive been "the way I am" for as long as I remember, from childhood so what ever the fuck it is, ive learnt that im going to have to live with it.. (not talking about hppd).
