Depends on how well you can handle your alcohol.

A few drinks enhances the experience for me, plus when i come down i don't like to be sober.

I drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

I agree about the enhancement. The last time I rolled I had a few shots of Hennessy before taking the pill.
