hi,

for obvious security reasons, we can't just change the email address on a bl account on request from another user. if we did, anybody could get access to the account of any bluelighter.

drop me a dm and i'll do my best to help but...

if you have lost access to the email address associated with your bl account, there's really nothing we can do.

There are several bits of identifying information from his account that could potentially be verified that only the true account owner would know.
