Al-lad legal status australia?

Hey just wondering whats the legal status of AL-LAD in Australia? If it is just used for research purposes only. Not consumption

Assume nothing is legal in Australia if it requires questioning. Bottled watter for example, is clearly legal. Xyz analogue? Assume no, not legal
