AL-LAD and Jurassic World

Hey guys, I have been planning this one for a while!... I'm going to drop 300mcg tomorrow to go see Jurassic World on it. I googled 'jurassic world tripping' (my friends were dying when i told them this haha) and people on Reddit were talking about how awesome it was. I'm going by myself so I don't have to worry about ruining anybody's time if I feel like leaving the theater to go walk around the city. After the movie I'm going to go to the art museum by myself with some headphones. I'm so fricking excited, i'l keep you guys posted!

Sounds fun! Have you taken 300µg of AL-LAD before? It sounds like that dosage can be overwhelming for a lot of people (definitely not a typical "museum dose"!), so if you haven't taken that much before you might want to try lower (maybe 150-225µg) before heading out into public. But sounds like it should be a pretty awesome sensory experience!

Yes! This will be my third experiment with ALLAD, and my previous two were both at 300mcgs. I will have some xanax in my pocket, just in case, but I would be shocked if I needed to take it.

I'm trying to make up for my last experiment. I took 300mcs and went to the fireworks by myself. I live in a large city and lets just say, it was not the place for someone on psychedelics. I told my girlfriend I felt like I was in an episode of 'Gangland.' Fucking scary.

Here's a thought - is there any nature around where you live? Is the temperature acceptable this time of the year? If so, take a thick blanket to lie on and go for it. The city does not offer too many rewards for the tripping mind.

I don't want to sound like an annoying tree-hugger type...but you don't really need to look for entertainment when tripping. The entertainment is right there, in your face, all the time.

I went to see Interstellar on 300ug AL-LAD. Honestly, the most fun part of the trip was sitting in the darkened lobby of the cinema, observing the carpet snake around, Fear and Loathing style, waiting for the movie to start, feeling like I will very soon feel an urgent need to run right out of that place due to an acute attack of losing my marbles. That feeling never did arrive, I kept my shit together, went to see the movie, and it wasn't bad...but I would have enjoyed it more had I just smoked a joint beforehand. It was a waste of a tolerance break. A really long one, too.

I hope your Jurassic trip goes well, but I also hope you have more psychs than you know what to do with, cause this deal does not offer a good return on the investment, otherwise. Sorry to be a buzzkill, I hope you have an amazing time and become one with the dinosaur.

I don't really like watching movies on psychedelics either, but some people do. For me, if I watch a movie, I don't really notice the trip, I just notice the movie, and maybe it's more intense or something, but I won't really trip in the sense that I usually think of tripping in.

The movie is only two hours long, and I have a two hour break before the art museum. I'm just gonna chill on the beach and get high.

I have enough psychs to last the rest of my life. If the movie part of the trip sucks, i'm hoping the beach and art museum will make up for it.

Also, I think AL LAD would be perfect for the theater just because of the visuals. I'm not looking for anything other than OEVs.

Seems pretty fun haha, I've watched Jurassic World high on Lorazepam and I can barely remember the film. I'm not sure whether you'll notice it with a psychedelic, but certain parts of the film will be totally retarded and nonsense lol.

I watched a particularly beautifully crafted movie while on LSA - it was about a ghost trapped and think it might have been Chinese/Javanese I can't remember much of the movie other than how beautifully it was shot.

I remember going to the cinema to see the original Jurassic Park very stoned - quite a pleasant experience.

I think as long as you are not going to fully follow the story it should be a good time.

I agree with others that you gotta be careful when choosing movies on tryptamines and the set/setting going in to it. Acid and its analogues are often better experiences when not watching any kind of movie, except maybe on the comedown. Movie theaters may be more risky than watching at home because you are with a lot of strangers and may make you feel constrained (without annoying other moviegoers). Also be considerate of the film intensity and plot because tryps make you more sensitive to stimuli. I once saw Avatar 3D in the theater on a hit of acid and by the end my psyche felt like it had been through a war, and it had. Despite all the beautiful and emotionally uplifting scenes, for the rest of my trip I had to deal with symptoms of PTSD, not fun. It also instilled a strong dislike of my species because it brought attention to the awful things that humans have done throughout history to the Earth and other life. I saw the movie 3 times, sober, on weed and on acid. The sober choice was the best experience of the 3.
On the other hand, MXE ended up being a great choice for Pacific Rim 3D in the theater. Choose wisely is the moral of the story.

Holy shit what a day... I didn't expect that movie to be so intense. I timed it perfectly.. It had been over 2 hours since I dosed when iwalked into the movie theater and I am really glad I ate it so early because ALLAD takes fucking FOREVER to get going... and thats on an empty stomach.

Wow, will update more tomorrow. But this movie was exactly what I wanted it to be and the visuals made that dinosaur action so fucking crazy.

Today was so crazy.. i even joked to my friends 'i think this movie gave me PTSD'... if youve seen JW then you'l understand..

this movie is so fucking intense and crazier than i expected, I got everything I asked for
