honestly, i don't think i've owned a pair of nike's since elementary school. i don't think its fair that nike pays little kids 10 cents a day and they turn around and charge you $125 for a new pair of jordans.

So I'm guessing it wasn't part of the actual line. Here is a crappy drawing of what they looked like, maybe you can help me name them:

They were really plain. The laces were covered by a triangular-shaped flap? strap? that you were able to clip on the inside part of the shoe. Sorry for the crappy drawing. The top pic shows it with the flap up, and the bigger one on the bottom shows it with the flap closed.

edit to add: I also bought them at a Foot Locker ~ 6, maybe 7 years ago. No less than 5, that's for sure. Hope that helps.

No, those weren't it. :\

I haven't had any luck trying to find them online. I've since thrown them away since I outgrew them.

They are REALLY plain shoes. There really isn't any more to it than the drawing I did up there, albeit a simple one.

thanks for the help though. and I'll be more than happy to buy the collection. I have like 50 bucks USD.
 
They look pretty close to the 2nd one you posted, except the flap goes from the outside ==> in.

Like, there's a little hook on the end of the flap and on the inside part of the shoe where you can hook the flap onto.

I'll keep looking and try to draw a better picture.

Here's a couple I've found which are my favorite, so far, btw.

I KNOW they were Jordan's, I know they were the real deal since I got them at a Foot Locker not off some dude on the street . . .

Here's another picture. Like I said, they are pretty plain. They have a strap that can be hooked or unhooked.

circumstance has shown me teh light. long tale of an 18 year obsession and addiction. i'm freeing the slaves in my heart. i regularly hear a rationalising voice in my head convincing me to keep a pair or two, hell even my wife tries to talk me into keeping some. but i aint leaving that door even slightly ajar.

now buy my shoes, they're hot

i might buy them all again in the future should i ever become stupidly rich.

I knew what you were talking about, but I hadn't seen them either - until I stumbled upon them tonight. They've got them at Foot Locker in Australia for $260 (!).

I wonder if the US store will get them. Great shoes.
 
Definitely not the same ones, the ones I'm talking about had a flap that covers the laces.
