I am new here and posting this as fast as possible to get some quick info. Not going to use citation but most info can be backed if you want.

Theres some proven ways to get your brain better function and overall wellbeing. I am not going into nootropic or anything short term. Something like increased number of connections and functioning is where I would like to get (again :)..

OK so methods which one can practice such as meditate, playing a piano or other musical instrument, good diet like calorie restriction and interminnent fasting, exercise and maybe such things as electrostimulation or neurofeedback. Playing chess, programming and juggling can be mentioned too.

So, combining these above we can get somewhere, but do you remember when you were young child and everything seems so amazing and as a result you were learning so fast? I think that motivation is the one of the keys. To live in now and not such a created illusory reality which adult brain likes so much (but which uses only past and already created connections). If you were smart enough and played some musical instrument, you were stimulating your dorsolateral prefrontal cortex which I think is the seat of higher intelligence, reasoning, emotional stability and centre by which you can control yourself. When is DLPC highly developed, you should have great ability to think out of the box, also you should be able to see yourself from perspective of other person, think as other person and have great ability to pretend what will happen next which in combination with geniue planning which also depends on DLPC is the mind not a genius but someone who always gets what he want even if he dont know it is happening on conscious level. Most of these functioning goes so automatically that is seems subcounscious is driving it, but its dependent on your conscious wishes. Believe me or not, I know that people and had experience with it myself. (If you got something like this please dont fry your brain by cigarettes, alcohol in combination with pot, masturbation, laziness and living in environmental impoverishment).

Question is how can one get into state of always wondering mind? How can one develop his intuition which was lost of childhood?
I believe human mind when born is clear as water and the ego formation get everything fucked up. I dont want to lose ego completely because then it will be unable to live in this world.

The method I found can be effective is Ayahuasca (known for healing mind by facing your ego, loss of ego and person has thereafter another view of the world, also should grow some new serotonin receptors known for mood stabilization. But that sould be good for spiritual and mood stabilization). Iboga seems maybe more interesting by reseting your brain, it seems its also NMDA antagonist and thats the point where it goes so interesting. Ketamine and Methoxetamine is also non competitive NMDA antagonist, same as Rhynchophylline, the active alcaloid from Cats Claw. I have read that ketamine can lift depression by reseting your brain which is done by NMDA mechanins and rapid synaptogenesis in prefrontal cortex, I think its point where people got higher insights into their lifes and so on.. Inducing synapto/neurogenesis have something to do with NMDA/AMPA and NR2B subunit, there are some research compounds like Ifenprodil/Traxiprodil, EVT101 but thats point where my knowledge ends.
In the run for these results appears one think in my mind that is inflammation, theres bunch of new neurons produced but most of them die, the anti-inflammatory sulution is necessary for achieving required results (curcumin/quercetin combo solving it partly).

At the end I love the way brain works, it cant distinguish between any form of reality. It can be dream, it can be what you perceive by your senses or what you will receive for example by virtual reality and false created sensory inputs.. Brain always adapts. I think its one of the keys for future development of our minds.

Please if you have anything to say do it here in purpose of chasing our better brains and our dream/reality perceprion created by it.
