Technically you have more in your blood but its bound to plasma protein transporters (SHBG, Serum Albumin), so not biologically active... Only about 2% is unbound..

I have been doing a lot of research on AI's lately as you know GF about my situation from the deca, I am day 12 into Letro 2.5mgs and I think it's getting better but really really slowly, I bought a box of 30 tabs and I don't think they are going to cut it , defoe need to keep running it.
GF what do you think about combining AI's , Letro ,Aromasin,and A-Dex,
Now I know that the only AI you should run with Nolva is Aromasin because Nolva stops Letro and A-Dex from working properly when combined, and that's were when your running PCT using Nolva , Aromasin would be the AI of choice.
My question is like I said If I were to combine AI's ATM because of my situation would they have any effect on each other, I personally don't see why as they all do the same thing it's just that Potency is different.
Even on a really WET cycle what about combing AI's, there are possibly side effects to combining them , I am unaware and want to learn if there are,
1 thing is for sure I will never EVER EVER run ANY steroid without Letro, from everything I'm reading, do I have early breast cancer ?? Is that what these lumps are ?
Anyways don't mean to hijack the thread but I was gna start 1 on AI's anyway and would really like answers to that question, as far as rasing test is concerned I ready Aromasin raises it by 60 percent durinf PCT.

By now you should be aware of my stance on minimal poly-pharmacy, considering Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor, its use would negate the need for Letro &/or adex..
You should stick with letro for now until symptoms subside, then taper off and start on adex low dose, then taper off that to avoid rebound...
