she's one of the hottest women I've ever seen.
If you use hyperbaric oxygen tanks, then you should also try far-infrared wave shauna therapy, they are great for detox and you come out totally refreshed and glowing and looking young!!Vitamin E and Vitamin C are great. Oxygen too. I would like a oxygen tank with breathing equiptment for when I'm not in nature. Its so refreshing!
Hmmm... well what kind of damage are we talking about?
Your best bet for reversing damage caused by drug-use is, like it or not, stopping the use of the drugs, which will allow your body to repair itself, restore balances, etc. That's the hard truth.
If we're talking about neural damage, then the following will help: computer-assisted neural training (I kid you not... there has been some very good research recently showing that some of these programs produce real gains), exercising and using your brain regularly (this includes taking on novel tasks--like learning a new language, or a new game, or a new subject--as well as continuing with tasks you may have done for a while, such as play chess, crossword puzzles, etc.), practicing memorizing, etc.
In addition, aerobic exercise has shown to increase blood flow to the brain and possibly increase neurogenesis.
Other than that, your keys are:
Eat healthy. Keep your cholesterol low. Exercise regularly. Sleep regularly (if you have trouble, try transcendental meditation or progressive muscle relaxation).
See a doctor regularly, and explain your concerns.
Avoid the sun!
I'm 33 and can't get a drink without being carded. I also use sun screen moisturizer (oil of olay, so not even expensive stuff) every day if I go out. I haven't been using it to jog outside, but I used to put it on every day before I went to work.
I also take a multivitamin every day and use toner every day.
I'm on and off taking flaxseed oil, but I try to always take 2 teaspoons a day.
I'm on and off with exercise too. This past year is the longest I've gone without walking/running for at least a mile 3-4 times a week.
No cigarettes! Ever seen some of those women who smoke a pack a day and drink tons of coffee every day for yearrrrrs? They are gross.
Also, a lot of it is in the genes. Some people just have awesome genes for anti-aging like Juliette Dreyfuss (sp?).
I am very interested in substances and activities which inhibit age and combat damage caused by medicinal and recreational drug intake.
I think its a good idea to start a list of healthy activities and nutritional supplements which inhibit age (I do not wish to live a long life, but instead preserve my youth).
I love Kombucha, Royal Jelly, Bee Pollen, Acai, Cacao....
Solitary walks in the woods are one of my favorite activities. I can not wait until spring!![]()
