afterglow effect only with phenibut

Ok. So during the day I take phenibut I'm actually tired and fatigued. Apathy is what I call it. So does anyone here only get the benefits of phenibut the day after? I wake up feeling like I drank all night. Sore and my joints hurts but once I take ibuprofen I start to feel the benefits. Strange.

What dosage do you use? It could be because you take too much so that the side effects outway the benifits on the first day

Well phenibut is also a PEA antagonist, so perhaps it's due to upregulation?

I have read mixed ways of taking this. I don't have anxiety because I'm on klonopin and I took like three grams of the phenibut faa. So I am taken less then 250 mg to see if that lifts my depression. I'm with my dad visiting and I don't want to seem like a drag.

It's only speculation, but in vague terms, phenibut blocks a feel good chemical in the brain which forces the brain to try to adjust and increase production of that chemical, hence you feel better after.

Why isn't the stupid phenibut doing anything. I take breaks. I guess I can only use once a month.
