Yes this is very pure afghan h I ordered from Italy it is light brown color and claimed to be 90% pure with that being said now how do I prep a shot?

It sounds like it is most likely base heroin, especially if it came from Europe, but I did read on an HR site that there is evidence that Afghanistan has been producing heroin hcl as well as base heroin (although heroin hcl is often referred to as "white" heroin it can definitely also be brown or beige, so colour is not a good indicator of what type you have).

If you have base heroin, it will need an acid (such as citric acid or ascorbic acid) and heat to dissolve.

If you or anyone else is ever unsure whether they have base heroin or heroin hcl, you can do the following test. The important thing to remember is that base heroin always needs the addition of some type of acid to dissolve, whilst heroin hcl doesn’t. Heroin hcl might have some cuts in it that don't dissolve without heat, but it will never require any kind of additive to dissolve in water. So:

How to know if the heroin you have is base or hydrochloride:

1. Take a tiny bit of the heroin and add to water in a cooker or spoon. Stir, if it dissolves, it is not base heroin. If it doesn't, move onto the next step.
2. Apply a bit of heat. If it dissolves, it is not base heroin. If it doesn't dissolve, it is presumably base heroin.

(Notes: Of course this test can't tell you whether or not what you have is real heroin, or how pure it is, but it can help determine whether your powder heroin is base or hcl. Also note that if you do have hcl, the heating is only part of this test and see the info on to heat or not to heat in the other posts in this thread).

I would highly doubt the dope you got is 90% pure though, I have never heard of such pure heroin on the black market. But go with the assumption that it is very strong and start with a very tiny amount, since you can always do more but you can't undo it if you do too much.

So, once you've determined whether or not it is base heroin, Sepher gave some instructions for prepping base heroin using citric acid:

Add a very small sprinkling of ( I'll assume ) citric, add water, heat very gently. Start low with the citric to avoid the shot becoming too acidic, less than you think it will need. Small sprinkling anyways, you can always add more. Do not boil, just heat till the edges of the solution begin to very gently bubble then stop immediately. Stir. If you're there it will come clear ( it will start sorta murky / cloudy with the powder in suspension, not solution ). If it's not there add a very few more grains of citric, reheat gently and stir again, and so on until solution comes clear ( or clearer, depending on cuts ). Hopefully it will look quite bright as solution, though could be any colour from piss yellow to reddish or dark, dark brown. You may still end up with some residue in the spoon. Don't try and force that to dissolve, it's likely cuts that won't go into solution anyways but be guided by the look of the solution, not what's left in your spooon.

You would then want to filter it. please let us know if you need more details.

Needle exchange near you should be your first stop? Pharmacies should have it, certainly vitamin c powder ( ascorbic acid ), probably citric too, should be your second. Or failing that citric's used extensively in home-brewing and wine-making if you have that kinda store nearby third. Food grade from there but where I used to get big tubs of mine from. I dunno it was any different to the stuff the needle exchange dropped off, not that I was really in a position to test you understand? Damn sight better than some of your alternatives even if only food grade stuff.

Couldn't you use distilled white vinegar? Doesn't it just need an acid to dissolve? Is so it seems easier/cheaper than anything else. You can also use vitamin C pills and crush them up.

But I'm not sure I've always done typical US heroin so feel free to correct.

I've always been told you should never use lemon juice or vinegar to dissolve base heroin, as they often contain fungus and bacteria. Lemon juice is especially bad, and can cause some serious problems, but one would think distilled white vinegar which you then boiled would not be too bad. However, food-grade citric acid or ascorbic acid (Vit C) really shouldn't be that hard to find. I don't think there are any needle exchanges in Texas, they aren't legal there, (and many North American exchanges probably don't carry citric acid anyway) but citric acid can readily be found in many grocery stores, home-brewing shops, health food stores, speciality stores, etc as it is used in a number of things such as canning fruits, making candy, and home brewing. Citric acid is often sold in grocery stores as "sour salt". Just make sure it is the food grade citric acid and not the kind meant for non-edible uses like dying fabric or cleaning.

I also wouldn't use Vitamin C tablets because there are a number of different types of Vit C, ascorbic acid is just one specific type (although it is the most common), plus the tablets may contain binders and glazes etc not suitable for injection. Packets of pure ascorbic acid crystals would work well, you may be able to get it in drug stores or vitamin shops, even capsules would probably do in a pinch, but make sure they ONLY contain ascorbic acid.

^ Very helpful as always, i was was looking for a place to find it looked all over local store no help but im sure one of our major market places should have it. Another question how much citric acid should i use per shot? id do around .1 of this to nod out so that amount.
