Thanks mate....i fucked off after an argument with some fucking stupid yank regarding the unbelievable harmfulness of his "harm reduction" advice on IM ing MXE....basically he said that if you use a micron filter then nothing can possibly go wrong.....ever...myself and a few others disagreed and it deteriorated from there really.....childish I know but I've got a low tolerance foe stupidity when it has the potential to hurt other BLers who I consider my friends...

Anyway fuck it I'm back now. .how are you doing mate?...all well I hope?

Course you can.... Is not easy and your need a strong will but its doable if you get the right mind set. You seem a tough lass.... It's how you approach it that makes the difference... If you are terrified of how bad it will be then it will be bad... If you say fuck it... I'm stronger than this medication and battle on with your head down then its easier.... Don't get me wrong its still hard but a strong will makes such a difference... That's how your body works.. Your mind controls how your body tells you it's feeling... Look at how placebos work... Your mind can make all the difference.... Dig deep... Be strong... And simply refuse to be beaten..

Also clonidine helps too hshaha!!!��
 
I'm all good thanks dude, just preparing for the lady's birthday party tomorrow. Had a crap day at work, so using that as an eexcuse to have a cheeky line whilst I work!

Ahhh ok. I'm drinking at mo. I quit citalopram n I've not felt well since.... But I know it'll pass n once the withdrawal has finished, I'm gba just chuck all my subs n quit. I no longer want to be dependent on this ****. I want to be fit n healthy the way I used to be.

Honestly I've sents lots of my personal trainers friends (including my aunt who was a bodybuilder n won many competitions) tshirts etc so they can all send a size 10 up my arse.

Feeling vulnerable right now but soon all will be right.

Cheeky line while you work haha!!!...that reminds me of a job I went on once when a lad had been stabbed in the neck by his boyfriend with a breadknife during a lovers tiff....we got him in the ambulance and the was claret everywhere and he was shitting himself (as I was a pretty bad wound).....anyway they're armed cops, dog units and everything crawling all over the place and the bloke says to me "is it ok if I have a cheeky line in the ambulance before we set off?....it'll calm me down".....i was like "eerrr...no mate not really no".....laughed me tits off...(he lived by the way)��
 
Dunno....maybe would have stopped I stinging a bit...honestly if you seen it was about inch and a half across and three inches deep right where the interior jugular and carotid artery cross at the aide of the neck....and missed them both...lucky bastard!!!

I would have lived to have seen an x-ray or CT/MRI or whatever just to see how close it had been. . Had to be millimeters....never forget that day.....it was fucking mental ��
 
I think cops do drugs just like everyone else. Just like priests, doctors, firemen. ....

It was funny...i actually wrote about him as a patient case in this portfolio that you have to do where you write about certain cases from a clinical standpoint....I missed the bit about the coke out though ��

Its was just fascinating how what would surely have been a fatal wound didn't kill him and just to cap it all off him and his boyfriend were the canpest blokes I've ever met. ..they were like a caricature...made Julian Clarey look like fucking Rambo they did. Hahaha!!
