*ADVISE NEEDED* Go to ER for bad Cocaine Comedown????

So I've done a gram of coke tonight. I think cut with some other stim. I always have bad omedowns but this time I can feel my bloodpressure getting hardcore and my heart rate way up. I can't fall asleep and I'm miserable. Should I go to the ER for Treatment?????? The hypertension and heart rate are kind worrying me and I have no benzos here.........

Anyone else get it this bad? Lke you feel like your heart might just blow up? Anyone else ever been to the emergency room for a horrible comedown? Any thought on the issue? For now, I'm just doing more coke, It's pretty stupid, I know but I can't handle that comedown right now. But I know It's just gonna be worse later so I'm trying to plan what I should do.....

go to the ER if you think you are not well. It is better to be safe than sorry.
Me though, I tend to avoid the comedown by trying to return to normal and do what I would normally do that day without sleep until I am tired enough and no longer wired and then go get a good sleep. You might find that helpful also
