Advil PM after rolling?

Is it bad to take advil pm after rolling? Many times it's the only way I can possibly get any sleep due to pills being loaded with amp or caffeine or other crap. I've also used it to pass out after doing coke

I use melatonin to sleep. It works wonderful for me. I wouldnt use advil pm personally.

I never take crap tylenol or advil or any of that, even for headaches or whatever. It's all crap. All advil PM is is ibuprofen + diphenhydramine so might as well just take a benadryl and skip the stomach ulcers.

If you wanna sleep try melatonin, valerian, weed, chamomile, kava, etc.

i take melatonin every night to sleep due to insomnia, but it's not enough to make me pass out if i'm on a stimulant

I like to take about 3mg of Melatonin. That usually works fine for me.

Yeah I take 3 nightly, 10 sounds like a lot, maybe i should try taking ten next time before taking an advil pm... but does anyone know the answer to my original question? Because if it's not bad for you I will just stick to that since it works quickly and consistently no matter how wired I am

^ no if you check out how melatonin works (dr.oz actually did the best visual representation, i dont like him but his visual was good) then it cant hurt to take to much. I take 5mgs on as needed basis at night but when ive taken drugs i take 2 tablets each being 5 mgs.
