ive landed meself in a right pickle here. Just woke up and realised I've been knockin back a fair bit of tramadol, benzos, and amph bouth year. blimey now I'm feelin a bit off. had me some withdrawals before but that was with other stuff yknow? got work soon and I'm in a real quandary. decided to quit it all cold turkey cause it spooked me and I've been sippin on some vino for about six hours to take the edge off. but I'm gettin these strange body tingles like ripples across me skin kinda like after your on a high from ecstasy but worse. Whats to do in a bind like this? any adviced be a real lifesaver!

100mg diazepam/day? For how long? That's a dangerous amount to stop cold turkey. You really need to taper that.

Have you stopped all of this at once?

Alcohol is not a good idea right now my friend. It's going to make you feel worse, and if you're in withdrawals your hangover is going to be fuckin biblical. It will also lower your seizure threshold.

You need to take this one step at a time. When did you last take anything?

Yeah man, coming off all 3 at the same time is going to be sheer hell.

Stopping the speed shouldn't be much of an issue. I would get off the tramadol first, which isn't going to be fun.

Coming off 100mg of diazepam is going to take the longest, I would do that last. If you've been taking that much for a year stopping cold turkey could give you a seizure. It needs to be tapered.

The goosebumps and restless legs are from tramadol withdrawal.

Yea tramadol withdrawals last longer than regular painkillers, usually for me it takes almost 7 days to feel less horrible (or acute) but the withdrawal still lags on for a while actually. I can blow through Benzos on tram withdrawal unfortunately, there’s just something about tramadol withdrawal that’s intense for me (& I used to take percs & Roxie’s)… I think it’s something about the serotonin, like the peak for trams for me is usually day 4-5 when the other painkillers withdrawal are 3-4 peak (I know everyone’s different)

Yea I agree I’d for sure for sure wait on withdrawing from the diazepam. You might get brain zaps too even with the Diaz.
I use kratom & Benzos for tram withdrawal. If you can get kratom it could help a bit (also helps with the sadness of tram withdrawal)
Ibuprofen ect. for body aches pretty much anything that might help even a bit
