hi everyone. This will be as brief as I can. Basically I needed to write a very long thesis. I'm also working two jobs. It's been a very stressful year. So I begsn taking modafinil and it quickly became daily for the last year. But in the last three weeks I went away to write (away from wife home work etc). I moved onto 34 ctmp and it helped me focus, and i was taking 10mg a day plus 1 or 2 etizolam to sleep. Then that was banned, so I ordered 3fpm. I started taking much bigger does, say 250mg a day over the last week and 3 etiz a day. I also started chain smoking again. Anyway I called the Dr last week as when I was walking I felt some weird feelings around my left chest. Very slight, almost like an itch. It has been coming and going the last few days. It also felt slightly harder than the other side. And it freaked me out.

So I'm seeing the Dr tomorrow but not sure how much I should tell him? I think I need some help ( was drinking a bottle of wine s night as well pretty much) but don't want anything on my records for a reason relating to possible Ivf treatment. I'm in the uk, mid thirties and would greatly appreciate some feedback or support as I'm feeling like I'm on a slippery slope but also need something to help me be productive and focus (dyslexia and adhd). Thanks for your time.

^ What he said. If you feel your drug use has caused any sort of health problems your only option to get an accurate assessment is to be truthful with your doc. I'm not sure what your looking for, all anybody here can tell you is to either be truthful or complain about these problems without revealing your drug use.

Bluelight isn't the place to look for advice on how to fool or manipulate your doctor so if your looking for excuses on how to deal with your doctor without being upfront your in the wrong place. This thread isn't exactly suitable for BDD so I'm going to close this. Welcome to bluelight though :)
