whats the best way to get the highest off the gel patches the fastest and im not talken about wearing them!
I got the watson 75mcg gel patches and what ive been doing is cutten the corner and then puttiing drop after drop on tinfoil and then lighten the bottom and inhaling through a pen tube which seams to work decently but i take 75mg daily methadone and have a serious serious tolerance and havent nodded in months so im just wondering if anyone has any advice on a better way to smoke em or if im doin somethen wrong or if its better to just squeeze the gel into my mouth and let it sit in my cheek or my lips for 15-20min
any advice is apreciated and i kno all the risks with fent. i dnt need a lecture on how dangerous it is, if u knew my tollerance ud understand im in little danger
