For anyone with no tolerance to benzos.
To get the best high/mood lift off two diazepams:
Should one take 1 valium, wait for that to wear off + take another.. Or take 2 at a time.

if you are looking for recreation find a different drug, or take both at the same time.

i recommend using each on separate social occasions.
 
Valium (diazepam) will not give you any "mood lift". And I really think benzodiazepines give you more of a "low" feeling than a high.

Take one pill.
 
the only way valium will lift your mood is if you are having bad anxiety and it relaxing you will slightly improve your mood
 
take both at the same time, the half life is so long so you will feel it the whole day and into the morning the next day and maybe even longer. with no benzo tolerance at al i think it will give you a nice mood lift especially if you have stress or anxiety. I remember when i took 20-30 mg alprazolam a day, i was sent to rehab and were clean for 2 years then i was sent to a mental hospital and they gave me 15mg of diazepam. I was walking on clouds :D i think it was the most wonderful benzo experience i've had.
 
We're not really here to tell you how to get high. Take two at once if you want it stronger but shorter duration (bear in mind it will still last 6+ hours), or spread it out if you want weaker effect over a longer period of time. Which one you prefer/think is best is very subjective and is gonna vary from person to person.
