Opioids Advice on using dillies???

Ok, so this is my situation. I have had a moderate dope habit on and off for 10 yrs. I completely ruined my veins with a 5 month binge of shooting coke. A buddy of mine is a former green beret medic, and he can get me in the neck sometimes, other than that, I can sometimes get myself in the ankle or the forearm vein.

So, anyway, just bought these dillies. They are sort of fat, triangle shaped, have an "8" on one side and is bisected on the other with a "p" upside down on each side of the line.

So, my two questions:

A. Are these real 8 mg dillies

B. Assuming I can't bang em, bc I don't even have a fresh rig if I wanted tog ive it the old college try, what's my next best bet? Would you snort them or use a pill crusher and then put them in warm water and chase them with orange juice?

Any advice appreciated, as I am currently sick as a f--k and waiting on doing these things to get an opinion on snorting, crushing and eating, or trying to bang them home into shite veins with a rig that isn't even fresh. (hasn't been used by anyone else obviously, only me when I got my last bundle last week)

What would you do? thanks in advance.

btw- can you plug a dillie? I was just in the hopsital andI was getting 1 mg shots of diluadad ever 4 hrs, and I felt it every time, even though I was also on 40 mg oxys every 12 hrs.

I just snorted 8 mgs of it and, I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the buzz. I'm so angry that I can't just bang these things.

So where is your tolerance at right now? You bought a bundle last week and do that how often? You didnt say if you have a good amount of them or not either. If I were you I would sniff one or two and see if that does anything for you. I know when I was sick sniffing did the trick just fine.

But there are alot fo people on this forum that would say if you arent shooting them then you are wasting them. There are a few threads on it have you tried searching yet? I remember reading about a Chronic pain patient that listed his/her favorite ways to use the drug and the pros and cons. Too lazy to search for it myself tho.....

But I would sniff one or two and then if that doesnt do the trick you could always try something else. Plugging is also a good way to go but I havent tried that myself. Good luck I'm sure you will be able to make yourself well with those dillies.

Dillies

You CAN inject Dilaudid KSmethadone dude. Why would you think you couldn't, as long as the drug is in its salt form, ie. Hydrochloride, Phosphate, Sulphate, Citrate etc. the drug is soluble in water. As long as i can remember, the old 8mg Dillies were white, heart shaped pills with a line, for cutting into half, down the middle. We used to do shakers with them, yes that's right folks, no HEAT, just time and a little elbow grease would dissolve these puppies. The 2's a 4s were yellow and pissy yellow green in colour, you could shake these ones two, no filler to filter out. After a year or so of using Dilaudid the drug companies started using binders and fillers that were INsoluble in water, Then you had to get out the spoon, candle and cotton for IV preparation . And ALWAYS keep your skin as clean as possible preferably with alcohol swabs.
So to answer your question, I say, YES you can shoot up Dilaudid.

thanks for the advice mate. So far, I've snorted 3 of the 4 I got and, while I'm not sick anymore, I really haven't gotten the "rush" I was hoping for.

My problem with shooting the dillies right now is that A. I don't have a fresh rig

B. My arm veins are SHITE bc I went through like a 6 month binge where I was meting down crack with lemon juice and banging it (BAD idea for anyone considering that. Yeah, it's an amazing rush, but now I'm 28, used to have amazing veins, and within 6 month I ruined just about every vein in my arm.

A bit OT, but, when shooting dillie or H, if I go in the ankle, will I not get as good a rush as if I poke around in the arm.

also, if I happen to miss with the dillies, am I at worse risk of abcess that I am with H?

ok, I just banged home 8 mgs into my hand. Partially missed the shot, but still got a great rush. These things are incredibly water soluble! All I did was work it down in a pill crush, add water (no heat) and the thing drew up like a champ, even into a 27g insulin. probably will have a slight black and blue on my hand from the part I didn't get home into the vein, but oh well, such is the game.

You need a new needle, and you also should micron filter these pills before injecting them.

lol, let's just say I was hearing "the bells of st. marys" about every hr. (if you don't get that reference, you've never banged coke/based, and never should btw).

Plus I couldn't get clean insulin rigs so I was using a 25g 1 inch. The combo of the 2, plus the lemon juice I assume, killed my veins in 6 mons

Oh I'm very familiar! Mustve been all that lemon juice. I only banged crack a couple times and I used vinegar and it fucked up my vein after like 3 hits. Lemon juice is horrible to use though, can cause blindness and a whole other bunch of bad stuff. You should use vitamin C powder instead. I made my elbow crook main vein on both arms last me over 2 yearss iving coke n heroin daily somehow...i have horrible tracks all over now. I was re using needles 50+ times until the numbers were long gone and i had to stab myself to break the skin so no wonder i have scars!

Really the only way to experience to truly experience hydromorphone is IV, no other ROA will produce effects anywhere near it......but if you can't IV for some reason, plugging then intranasally would be your two best options. It is horrid orally.

didn't mean to make you guys jealous was just saying that all the ppl saying that IV is the only worthwile ROA are pretty incorrect
