Update- after speaking w my doc, I took 8mg sub at 8am. Started to feel w/d (not precipitated) so I took another 4mg. Felt a little better. But honestly, I couldn’t do it. So I threw in the towel. The induction to subs thru microdosing was easy. What was not easy was reducing my DOC and jumping to high dose of subs around day 7-8-9. For next time I would request meds to knock me out for those days until the wd symptoms subsided. I think this would greatly increase my chances of success!!! Hopefully this thread might help anyone attempting Bernese method. It is the most humane method of getting off fent I have found. Unfortunately I wasn’t strong enough this time. Peace!
