Advice needed

Hi guys/girls

Went out last night and dropped 70mg at 11pm - then peak effects wore off at about 2 so dropped another 70mg.

At around 3:30 i felt extremely sick with a bad headache threw up across 2 hours then went home at half 5.

Might be worth noting i sipped some water with md in at about 4 as i felt fine after being sick a few times, but then it came back (headache) really badly so had to leave.

Any idea what could have caused this? The MDMA was tested twice so was not cut with anything.

Might be worth also that I only ate 1 meal in the day before and suffer with migraines about once every 2 weeks.

I'm thinking badluck that the migraine happened during the roll or could it be something to do with the md? Any help apprciated thanks

Zenoe, I'm sure others can add more info to this but I would change up your pre-roll. Make sure you get plenty of sleep before you roll and stop eating food about 4 hours before you drop. Your body might have just been exhausted from being up for so many hours and not eating enough before. Was this your first time rolling? If you have a sensitive stomach you might want to try taking a tums a little while before also. If I take too big of an initial amount I get a dry heave for 5 minutes. You have to listen to your body each time until you find your sweet spot. One more thing I can think of, if you're going to re-dose, I would recommend doing it within 30-60 minutes of your initial dose. Wait 3-4 months in between to keep your tolerance low and keep it like its your first time every time. Good luck with your next time.

Thanks for the reply, it was my first time rolling in 2 years since i last took it. I cant tell if I'd taken too much? Could that have caused me to be sick? The come up I had was pretty strong, eyes rolling back etc.

Worth noting I was fine dancing for about 4 hours but as soon as I left for the smoking area the sickness started
