My pelvis twisted seemingly overnight and I went from a slight ache to unable to sit or drive in 24 hours then unable to walk in another 48. Took four weeks of agonizing physio and being drugged out before I had enough and took myself to a chiro who x-rayed me and bashed me back together. Two weeks later I was back to normal with physio weekly for another month or two.
