This will be my first and only post here purpose of this post is strictly to help someone who may be where I was a month ago.

A brief introduction about who I am and the lifestyle I live and changes i experienced which almost led me straight into either a serious cocaine problem or a casket.

Im 5'10, I train and teach mixed martial arts, in really good shape and currently work as a doorman for a luxury hotel in midtown, nyc.

Ive done coke here and there for 3 years, really only for crazy banger parties or new years. At first me and a friend would split a 20 bag, which is basically a .3. This would last the night. As the months go by we eventually lead to splitting a 50 bag which is half a gram. Specific reasons of why I would split bags is half because I didn't want to go to hard and the other half which contributed to most of the reason is I was broke and couldnt afford much.

As stated above, I got a job as a doorman. I quickly went from watching every penny in my account to making a 1,000+ a week mostly in cash. Sounds great, problem is the overnight is boring as hell. So one day me and a guy from room service decide to get blow from a guy he knows who delivers in manhattan. Make a long story short we went from doing a gram in 3 days amongst us, to facing a gram every night.

Doing blow when you're bored is the easiest way to get addicted, if you're not at level 100 you are not fucking okay because you have nothing else to focus on other than skiing. It got to a point where me and him almost fought because I wouldnt let him have any my remaining coke because I didnt want to experience the come down at work which he was dealing with at that time. As I stated I do mma, I was ready to knock my good friend out over chemicals that were destroying us.

Luckily for me, one day I blew my nose and saw nothing but globs of bloody boogers and mucus, it was brown, dark green and red. It was a wake up call staring right at me. Theres a good reason they call this junk.

I had to delete alot of numbers to make sure I wouldn't try to buy out of impulse and habit and take a lot of precautions to make sure I stayed straight.

So if you find yourself building a tolerance or needing more to get to where you want to be trust me buying more is not the route you want to take. Understand our minds are constantly searching for stimulation. Coke works for the longest an hour before effects go away, so in other words your body will NEVER be satisfied no matter how much you get.

I felt like a straight up junkie for a few weeks and that was only the beginning, God bless those who went deeper than I and rip who never found their way out.

Im always down for a good time, but be conscious of what you're doing and listen to your body and when it tells you cut the shit you cut the shit.

Lastly, if you suspect you've ever done too much or possibly may be oding heres my advice. If you're tweeking, put on calming music and drink at least one bottle of water. Take deep breaths in through your nose out through your mouth because your muscles need oxygen or else you may have a seizure. Let the people around you know how you feel, any heads up may mean life or death. Try to stay as mentally prepared as possible, look around remind yourself where you are, what day it is and think of how once this feeling passes you'll be just fine. If you're about to overdose i suggest sitting down immediately cause you're gonna fall hard and go stiff. If you fall face first you can cause possibly life altering damage. Other than that you're gonna go for a ride no one can really save you from besides those around you so you better know some people with the ability to act quickly and use proper judgement.

Everybody is here because we want to have a good time but theres nothing in this world thats worth your life. Remember, this life is a one way ticket. All it takes is one wrong move and thats it, lights out.

For those enjoying it and have their shit under control I salute you and wish you the best, for those who dont...self discipline is the key to freedom.
