Hey bluelight, So Ive been a loyal bluelighter on and off for the last 5 years but made a throw away account for anonymity
so i started doing oxy's about 3 or 4 years ago. about a year into that, after experiencing withdrawals for the first time, a friend of mine introduced me to suboxone. at first i would be able to do oxy's for a week or two straight, switch to suboxone for 3 or 4 days and then i would be able to stop both painlessly. about a year or so after doing that on and off, i noticed i would start to feel slight withdrawals after stopping the suboxone; i am now addicted to subs...
at this point, Ive done oxy's once in the last 6 months but have not stopped doing suboxone. i do *about* 1mg a day and that makes me feel fine and allows me to be active and sleep at the end of the day.
my question for anyone with experience with suboxone: how would you suggest i ween myself off of this amount? can you quickly write up a kind of schedule i should stick to in order to painlessly ween myself off this shit? i am so sick of NEEDING something to feel normal. not fun. I plan on starting a strict excersizing routine, i know that helps with the effort alot.
