advice for first time amt user

me and some freinds are planning to take amt next week im wondering 1st what am i to expect,how to make it a gd trip and long wil it last any advice would be nice.thnaks

and im on 15mg daily of olanzapine wiill this affect the trip???

The olanzapine will blunt the effects of the trip, how much I'm not sure (there are conflicting reports on the matter), it may just dampen it a lil' and you won't care, some report it killing desirable effects but you're still tripping, and it's possible it could stop you from tripping entirely. Perhaps it'll lean towards the former because you're a regular user.

Read up about AMT, duration is maybe 10-14 hours, otherwise mind your
trip preparation methods and Set & Setting.

Set aside a whole day for the trip, find something enjoyable to do and don't expect great nights sleeps after - I had really really vivid regular dreams with full on 'auditory hallucinations' during them, which meant I had poor sleep.

Oh yeah and do all that reading, really makes a difference.
