Only just seen this thread, looks like a good lil scheme bronson!

I generally try and make an particular effort to welcome greenlighters when they post a thread in the welcome lounge because the forum can be quite a daunting place for new comers! I know when I first joined I felt so incredibly overwhelmed so would be more than happy to become an adopter to help out the newbies!

For any newbies reading this, my particular knowledge that sets me apart from the other BL'ers is mental health so feel free to message me on absolutely anything :)
 
Hey everyone I"m new here and am looking to be adopted. I'm very interested in all things pharmaceutical. Have been an avid drug user for the past 17 years since I was 11. I've been using opiates for around 12 years and have been prescribed them for the past 4 years. I'm a disabled paraplegic due to a tragic accident where I was run over by a truck so I'm in pain management. I suffer some pretty bad emotional trauma because of it and would love emotional support. Im' very well versed in drugs and am pretty smart about them. I'm interested in psychology and chemistry, and of course all things drugs lol. I used to smoke weed, but no longer can but absolutely love talking about it and encourage it. Anyways, I am of course looking to be adopted to make a new friend and help learn my way around here. Hello, I'm new to the forum as a member, I've read through many posts through the years, I have too much experience in many of the disciplines, It would be cool to be adopted, to help me learn the ropes. Thanks y'all, pm me if your willing to adopt.
 
Howdy:) I'd love to be adopted by someone well versed in dealing with methadone and specifically detoxing from the program. I've been on methadone for a LONG time and attempting to withdraw from the program has been brutal for me. I go back and forth about even wanting to do it… it's been rough. I've been looking up some OTC potentiators and have had some mild relief from that over the past 2 days. I have a drug history with the heroin and benzos but have been existing on a purely methadone drug diet for about 8 years. But in total I've had an opiate or an opiod in my system for about 20 years now. I think a large part of my problem is the mental aspects of leaving a crutch behind that I've been depending on for so long. So talking to any other long term methadone users that were able to get off the program would be great.
